Nope, not kidding, you can change yourself in two minutes a day. I am not stating this is optimal. But let us imagine you have gotten in a slump. Maybe it is financial difficulties getting you down. It could be your health, or relationships, whatever.
Sometimes even the best of us, have to fake it until we make it. Then the two minute practice is palatable. Or perhaps we are traveling with others, or meeting a deadline. Whatever the obstacle, keep on putting one foot in front of the other.
Remember to tell your subconscious mind what you want to work on while sleeping, before you go to bed. Setting your intentions for the next day, also puts you ahead of the game. While gratitude each morning sets up the universal Law of Attraction.
Two minutes is better than nothing for those blah days, the feeling “out of sorts times.” Most of us have rough patches, after all is said and done.
